• From the Home Page, CLICK on the search box. (Continue to next step unless Toronto was chosen) If Toronto has been selected, Toronto will divide into regions. CLICK one or multiple regions if desired / or SELECT ALL for the entire city.
• Choose a price, number of bedrooms or, if unsure, leave it blank for additional results.
• After listings appear, you may CLICK a desired listing

How do I place an AD?

• Simply CLICK the ADD LISTING on the tab heading.
• Complete the required information – consisting 9 questions.
• Attach pictures (*read helpful tips*)

Do I have to log in? Does it cost anything to SEARCH or SAVE listings?

• Not at all, the Virtual Agent tool is FREE and can help save time and also allow you the renter to compare listings on his/her search for the perfect apartment.

How much does it cost to place a listing?
